Site Evaluation
All design inquiries begin with a 1 hour in-person Site Evaluation, in which one or more team member(s) will meet with the client to walk around their location and answer questions. We will discuss the client’s need and vision for the space, observe existing vegetation and site conditions, and take measurements and photos.
Site Evaluations are necessary for all clients requesting a Design Package or Design Package and Installation Estimate.
Following a Site Evaluation, we will send the client a copy of our report that is theirs to keep.
Site evaluation reports include a scaled diagram of new or existing planting areas, light and soil conditions, examples of landscaping plants and ideas, and a price for a design and a general installation estimate.
Site Evaluations costs $200, which will be applied to the cost of a Design Package if a client chooses to move forward.
Design Package & Installation Estimate
Our Design Package includes a complete scaled design and key, plant list with quantities, and an estimate of plant material. Our proposals include photos of each plant species, so we can fully express our vision to our clients.
All designs start at a base price of $650 for projects under 1,300 sq ft. Design cost for projects larger than 1,300 sq ft start at $0.50 per sq ft of planting area.
Designs can include pavers/pathways, seating areas, lighting systems, sculptures, and/or other landscape elements. Cost of additional material varies.
Our Design Package and Installation Estimate includes all of the information of the Design Package as well as a quote for installation services. Installation services include site prep, plant sourcing and transportation, and plant installation. Additional temporary irrigation services are also available.
Each project is custom and uniquely tailored to our client’s vision and site conditions. The following table offers an average price range for general guidance only.
These packages may be suitable for, but are not limited to partial to full residential yards, commercial properties, pathway borders, pool deck surroundings, patio edges, bog gardens, butterfly gardens, and demonstration gardens.
Cost approximations do not include irrigation services or maintenance plans.
Packages are for geographical ranges up to 30 miles from our base location in Pensacola, Florida. All travel outside of the service area is subject to additional fees to cover staff and material travel.

First Year Maintenance Plan
Following plant installation, it is critical to maintain the planted areas for the first year to ensure plant establishment and success. For all projects, we recommend our First Year Maintenance Plan which includes monthly progression checks, weeding of planted areas, irrigation evaluation, and replacement of plant losses.
First Year Maintenance packages start at $100 a month, or $1,200/yr for managed areas up to 1,500 sq ft. We offer additional maintenance services after the first year plan expires.
Digital Consultations
We offer Digital Consultations for those familiar with native plants and their site conditions. We recommend digital consultations for those who are not seeking a landscape design at this time. Digital Consultations are a great way to receive general advice if you are planning your own landscape design or answering questions about specific plants. Digital consultations are a great option for those located outside of our service range.
